Who am I?
I’m Scott Prewitt, and I have had a lifelong love of athletics and the outdoors. I was a cross-country and track athlete in undergrad, where I studied exercise science. My love of movement and passion for helping others led me to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, where I gained a deeper understanding of biomechanics, exercise dosing, injury prevention, and the optimization of health through movement and practical lifestyle modification. It was during this time that I discovered rock climbing, quickly becoming obsessed with the sport.
Over the last six years, I’ve combined my educational background in physical therapy with my passion as an athlete to experience steady progression and minimal injury in my climbing journey. This unique blend of expertise allows me to provide informed coaching that prioritizes not just performance but also the health and longevity of my clients.
